jl 62 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout the entire document:

• "Platform" refers to the jl 62 website at jl62.biz and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the jl 62 Platform.
• "Real Money" means deposits made in Philippine Peso (PHP) by the Player for the purpose of wagering on jl 62.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cash awards credited to a Player's account by jl 62 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process jl 62 conducts using government-issued identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that licenses and supervises jl 62.

These Terms apply jointly with the jl 62 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated at the time of an offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern that promotion only; all other matters remain subject to these Terms.

jl 62 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notice prior to the effective date of such changes. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on jl 62, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order on jl 62 or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform.
• You are not a citizen, resident, or employee of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jl 62 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or service partners.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jl 62. Registering, attempting to register, or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, another person's identity, or through any automated process — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a valid means of identity verification. You agree to update your account information promptly if it changes.

jl 62 will conduct a KYC verification process before approving your first withdrawal. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (Philippine Statistics Authority National ID / PhilSys, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name and mobile number).
• Additional documentation may be requested at jl 62's discretion for AML compliance purposes.

jl 62 reserves the right to suspend account functionality or withhold withdrawals pending completion of the KYC process. Accounts where verification cannot be completed to jl 62's satisfaction may be permanently closed.

All deposits to jl 62 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl 62 accepts deposits through the following methods, subject to the limits and conditions applicable to each:

All funds deposited to jl 62 must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your jl 62 account, is strictly prohibited.

jl 62 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency deposits, or deposits made through unrecognized payment channels. Deposits made through unauthorized methods may be reversed without notice and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money balances (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) to a verified payment method registered in their name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Withdrawals are processed as follows:

• GCash and Maya: 1 to 6 hours after approval.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay: up to 24 hours.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing begins.

jl 62 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, regardless of whether prior KYC has been completed, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where AML obligations apply.

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, jl 62 will request documentation to establish that the alternative method is owned by the account holder.

jl 62 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside jl 62's control.

jl 62 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer only once, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the specified Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• jl 62 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, or other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are restricted for any reason.

All games offered on jl 62 are provided by certified third-party game studios whose RNG (Random Number Generator) systems have been independently audited and certified by internationally accredited testing laboratories, including iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session:

• jl 62 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state where technically possible.
• If a game cannot be restored, any pending bet that was not resolved will be voided and the corresponding stake returned to the Player's account.
• Winnings generated during a verifiable technical malfunction may be reviewed and, if the malfunction materially affected the game outcome, may be voided. Players will be notified in all such cases.

Displayed theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the game studios and are calculated over the long term across all players globally. Individual sessions may vary significantly from the stated RTP. RTP figures are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee of specific returns.

Live casino games are operated in real time with professional dealers. Decisions made by live dealers are final once communicated. In cases of procedural error by a live dealer, the affected round may be voided at jl 62's discretion in consultation with the game studio.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl 62. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for prohibited purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identities, or misappropriated funds to deposit or play on jl 62.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to conceal the illicit origin of funds through jl 62.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with any part of the jl 62 Platform without written authorization.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any player who discovers such an issue must report it to jl 62 support immediately without exploiting it.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or jl 62 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, matched betting through jl 62, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotions without genuine recreational play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl 62 staff, other players, or live dealers through any communication channel.

jl 62 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, AML violations, or prohibited conduct.
• Account activity inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling, suggesting commercial exploitation of the Platform.
• Court order, regulator instruction from PAGCOR, or applicable law enforcement direction.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

Where an account is closed due to verified fraud, AML violations, or breach of these Terms, jl 62 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance in that account. Where closure is for non-fault reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable period.

jl 62 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and actively promotes responsible gaming practices among all players. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jl 62 is required to maintain and make available the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. These limits take effect immediately upon being set and cannot be reduced in under 24 hours.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl 62 Platform solely for personal recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the jl 62 Platform.

Any use of jl 62's intellectual property without prior written consent constitutes a violation of these Terms and may constitute infringement under Philippine and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• jl 62's liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
• jl 62 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if jl 62 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• jl 62 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred through normal operation of the Platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits jl 62's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own negligence.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Revised Penal Code, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and issuances.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and jl 62:

1. The Player must first contact jl 62 customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of the incident.
2. If informal resolution fails, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process as applicable under the terms of jl 62's operating license.
3. If PAGCOR mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jl 62 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl 62 will notify registered Players via the email address on record and via a notice displayed on the Platform at least 14 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or PAGCOR instruction.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at jl62.biz/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision. Players who do not agree with revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their account; continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
